DOUGLAS LARSON (Principal – XFD) President
Douglas co-founded XFD Real Estate Partners in 2016. He focuses on development, acquisitions, and business strategy. Since launching XFD, the organization has acquired, managed, and developed over $400 million in student assets. XFD is currently comprised of 4,171 owned and managed beds located across seven universities and states in the USA. The firm focuses on the acquisition of undermanaged assets and creating value through intensive operational turnarounds and capital improvements, in order to generate attractive risk-adjusted returns.Douglas also serves as President of the Larson Company, a family-owned, diversified, real estate company with over $150 million AUM.
Douglas holds a B.A. in Economics from The University of Illinois.
