GREGORY BRONSON (Principal – ASH REAL ESTATE) Acquisitions & Asset Management
Greg is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and asset managing acquisition opportunities. He is an Adjunct Professor at the NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. He was previously Director, Real Estate at Safanad, a Middle-East backed private equity firm, where he helped build the student housing platform to 12 properties; over 9,000 beds and over $600 million in total capitalization. Prior to that role, he was with Red Oak Acquisitions, a private company focused on commercial real estate and healthcare real estate/operating companies, where he executed on over $1 billion of transactions. Prior to joining Red Oak, Greg worked at H/2 Capital where he underwrote multifamily, retail, office, hotel, industrial, healthcare, gaming, triple-net, self-storage and other property types. Prior to joining H/2 Capital, Greg worked at Lehman Brothers, providing investment strategy consulting and supervision to high-net worth investors and family offices. Greg holds a degree in Political Economy from Princeton University.
